Ingredients

Roma tomatoes
chopped into 1/2" pieces

tablespoons
red onion
diced
1
jalepeno
diced (discard the seeds if you don't like heat)
1
tablespoon
cilantro
chopped
Juice of 1 lime
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
After chopping all ingredients, combine in a bowl and gently mix with a spoon. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with chips, or as a side to any Tex Mex dish.
